In February 2019, Martinich&Carran delivered over 260 framed limited edition prints, and a series of large paintings to Mantra Epping. This massive commission by the property’s developer Too_Build was a very exciting project for both Geoffrey Carran & Rowena Martinich, as it was an area that they had always envisaged that they could take their art practice. 

Physically delivering the prints and hanging the large painting in the foyer was a project in itself; requiring multiple trips to Epping in a removals truck, and hours of drilling into porcelain tiles. Handling and hanging the foyer painting required 6 men!

 As part of our research for this project, Martinich&Carran visited the Epping Wholesale Fruit Vegetable and Flower Market, which is one of the key established areas of industry in this precinct. A very early morning, but insightful experience!
